Despite their longstanding presence in the space, our research uncovered that their customers commonly cite poor customer service in negative reviews. With over 24,000 customer complaints, the Better Business Bureau gave AHS a rating of 2.31/5.
AHS offers three home warranty plans for homeowners and realtors: ShieldSilverTM, ShieldGoldTM, and ShieldPlatinumTM. The first plan covers heating and cooling basics, the second plan adds on kitchen and laundry appliances, and the final plan offers the most coverage of the three. Customers can add on additional warranty services, such as electronics and pool protection.
