Coverage Details and Limitations

Coverage varies from customer to customer. Even if a covered system or appliance breaks down, the entirety of the system or appliance may not be covered under the contract. Customers should read over their contracts carefully to fully understand their coverage limitations.

ServicePlus customers can expect coverage to begin 30 days after enrollment and receipt of their applicable contract fees. All covered items must be in good and working order. Typically, a customer cannot make their first claim until the 30-day grace period has passed. If a customer provides proof of prior coverage, ServicePlus may waive the 30-day waiting period, but this is at the sole discretion of the company.

If a covered system or appliance cannot be repaired, ServicePlus reserves the right to offer cashback in the amount of actual cost, which may be less than retail.

Contractors & Service

Contractors:

ServicePlus pulls from an extensive network of local, licensed contractors. Many are insured, if applicable.

Contactors are graded and monitored based on the results of customer satisfaction surveys.

Customer Service:

Generic customer service is available during normal business hours by phone.

Making a Service Request

Customers can make a claim anytime online, or by phone during normal business hours.


After making a claim, ServicePlus assigns a local contractor to survey the broken system or appliance in your home. After paying the contractor a deductible, ServicePlus pays for the rest of the repair or replacement costs.
