Contractors and Servicing
If a covered system or appliance breaks down, there’s no need for a homeowner to find their own technician. Home Warranty of America works with a nationwide network of technician professionals, meaning homeowners can contact Home Warranty of America directly and a representative will send them a tech to their home the following day.
After paying their technician a fixed Trade Called Fee (discussed in the contract phase with Home Warranty of America), they’ll service the homeowners’ system or appliance and send the bill straight to Home Warranty of America. If the technician can’t fix your covered item, Home Warranty of America will provide a replacement.
